The road to my first KB competition..
..began today..i figure i have 16 good weeks to train..
With the just created Facebook group page*,i hope to
have a base of support that only social networking can
provide..I will go on record and say that:
Whatever i'm lifting on Valentine's Day--THAT's the
KB weight ill compete with!!
(Guys:10 min. long cycle 2 kb's,20 min long cycle,1 kb )
There will also be women's events,and the new "strongsport" as well!
(*search:"road to Reebok" to check/join the FB group!!)
