OK,OK,it's "crockpot oatmeal"
Please,be kind--this is what i look like before my first cup o'Joe,like 4:30 am..
To wit:
1 cup steel cut oats
4 cups water
1/2 cup FF half and half
2tbs cinnamon
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 apple diced,peeled
..mix,set on "low"..go to sleep,
6-8 hours later-BOOM!
(make sure to use enough water,as it will be
absorbed,and NO QUICK oats..
