Kirk-2-Thor..day 18..burn-out from Aasgard


Whoa!!
get the number of that truck,Beta-Ray Bill!!
Doing 2-a-day workouts,including kettlebell work has left me feeling wiped this AM..
..like an AMTRAK ran me down...then checked the 'rear view,backed up,and hit me AGAIN!

As we tell our clients..among the components of any good "training" regimen are:
1.resistance work
2.eating
3.recovery

..guess where your-truly falls short?--
my inability to get QUALITY sleep has really compromised my work in the gym..
Any anecdotal experiences --much appreciated!
How do YOU best RECOVER after your hardest workout weeks?
