..as a new season of "biggest loser" kicks off..

....Let's show our appreciation to those fitness pros who really do help us reach our goals by teaching us proper Kettlebell technique ?--OK?

I am proud to say i use kettlebells with ALL my rehab clients,as well as fat-loss,"look-good-in-the white-pants-and-bare-shoulders-outfit",and post-neuro-trauma(gait training)folks..
always in a safe,deliberate manner.
No injuries,no complaints,just results!!

...keep 'swingin!(safely!)
