Kettlebell Barbie can kick Ken's A** !...

Very often my Kettlebell coach will talk about"skinny-strong":
That's how the Valery method makes fitness functional by teaching
the movements of the 3 classic KB lifts with (near)perfect technique.

At the recent AKC challenge event,we got a perfect example of
a woman who is a wife,a mom,and a professional.She knows how to run in,
workout hard/fast,shower,and run out in like..30 mins.

The event?
6min. sets,1 switch(3MPH):Jerk/snatch/Long cycle..
Oh,and only 2mins. rest between each lift !!



(ERIN jerked a 16kg.'bell
-that's 35 lbs.-and 9 lbs MORE
than yours truly..)
Way to go!!!
