kirk-2-thor...quitting???

OK:SO today,i really feel like quitting,if only for a day or two..My arms still hurt,now my back is yelling at me for doing those extra "squeeze-sets" for lats 48hrs. ago.DAMN.BUT,the holiday weekend is almost here,which means my 4-week check-in is almost here too!Those who have been asking for the specifics of my training program,i'll just say that i follow the workouts of a guy i really trust...with some Kettlebell "tweaks",as well as adding my Russian KB workouts..MY biggest issue for the last 3.5 weeks?
SLEEP !!!Or rather,lack thereof...without the recovery,my results have stalled and died!! I could publish all the research on hormonal changes,etc. that occur when the body does not get enough sleep,but today,over my 1 cup of "Joe,i feel more like asking you'all..
How do YOU "reset your "body-clock" when it blows a gasket?..Kirk-2-Thor is meant to be another 8 weeks of my life..i am working it hard,and after only 4 weeks,i AM stronger,but this sleep thing is now starting to catch up with me,,
