OK-some have asked for a "simpler" variant on the Mt. climber..sorry about the low audio,
..hence all the "titles"!
Remember:even when standing almost upright,if you can flex @ the knee,hip(and a bit..)the spine,
you WILL contract that rectus and get some good ab work!!
