Quick Tip of the week: use a food log !(tought talk.)
So, to kick off another semi-regular feature(quick tips) here's my
scowling,squinting advice for one and all:

I like the second vid alot. Works better seated. I also keep a food log when I need to drop a couple. Actually, I keep a spreadsheet and give myself a total weekly caloric goal. Then I log everything and the calorie counts so I don't have two 'whoops' days in a row. It's all good. I'll see you on the boardwalk shortly.
